Account
How do I register an account?
Click "Register" in the top right corner, fill in your username, email, and password. GitHub and Google third-party login are also supported.
What if I forgot my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password via your registered email.
How do I edit my profile?
After logging in, go to "Profile" or "Settings" to update your avatar, display name, bio, and more.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the "Settings" page, where you can request account deletion in the account management section. You can export your data before deleting.
Forum
How do I create a post?
Go to the forum, select a board, and click the "Create Post" button. Rich text editing and multilingual translation are supported.
How do I create my own board?
After logging in, click "Create Board" on the forum page. You can set the board to public, whitelist, or paid mode. Board creators are responsible for content management and community atmosphere.
What is a paid board?
Board creators can set paid access, requiring users to pay a fee to view and participate in discussions. Revenue is shared between the board creator and the platform.
Blog
How do I create a blog?
After logging in, click "Create Your Blog" on the homepage or blog page, set your blog name and description, and start writing.
Can I set up paid subscriptions for my blog?
Yes. Set subscription pricing in your blog management panel. Readers will need to pay to subscribe to read some or all articles.
Articles & Content
What is the difference between articles and forum posts?
Articles are edited long-form technical content, usually published by verified authors or administrators. Forum posts are more oriented toward discussions and Q&A.
How do I submit an article?
Industry partners (VENDOR) can submit articles through the "Submit News" page. Regular users can publish technical articles through their blog.

Are the downloaded resources safe?
All resources are reviewed by administrators before being listed. However, we recommend scanning downloads with antivirus software as a good security practice.
Can I get a refund for paid resources?
Digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded. Please read the resource description carefully before purchasing.

What payment methods are supported?
We currently support various online payment methods (to be enabled after launch).
How do I request a refund?
Click "Request Refund" on the order details page. The administrator will review and process it. Physical products must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Passwords are stored encrypted, and sensitive operations require identity verification. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export my data?
Go to the "Settings" page, where you can export all your data in the data management section.
